Qualis Capes Index for the Brazilian Journal of Biometrics

Important Notice,

As of March 2022, the Brazilian Journal of Biometrics (ISSN: 2764-5290) has succeeded the Revista Brasileira de Biometria (ISSN: 1983-0823) as the official publication. Although we have adopted a new name, it is essential to clarify that we remain the same reliable source of biometric research and maintain our commitment to promoting significant advances in our field.

Namely, the CAPES qualis of the Brazilian Journal of Biometrics (ISSN: 1983-0823) (RBB) was qualified as B4 in the 2020 evaluation, but the Brazilian Journal of Biometrics (ISSN: 2764-5290) (BJB) with a new ISSN issued in 2022, still does not have a specific Classification. We suggest adopting our previous classification for ranking the journal.
